01 · Summary

The result, and what it means for the clinic.

The clinic’s workbook recorded more new patients in every month than the same month last year. That is encouraging. Before tying the growth to advertising, we need to confirm the workbook’s counting method and restore lead and booking tracking.

06 · Moving forward

What we should do next.

The priority is a reliable view from first enquiry to attended appointment. That will make future reports more useful to the clinic and guide where to spend.

  1. Confirm the patient count source with the clinic.Identify the system and definition behind the 384 recorded new patients.
  2. Restore lead and call tracking.Reconnect the lead system and date the call export so enquiries can be followed up and attributed.
  3. Connect Google Analytics.Bring in website visits and channel mix, which were unavailable for this period.
  4. Review Google’s primary conversion setup.Explain the May–June gap and agree which action is meaningful for reporting.
  5. Refresh Meta creative.Test new imagery or messages after September frequency reached 4.34.
  6. Check local visibility.Restore Google Business Profile and local search reporting when data access is available.
